I am attempting to put up a contact and I am being charged over 16M to put the contract up. Good thing I didn't have that much in my account or I would not have realized right away what was happening.

What's with this????

Contact a GM this does not seem right. Might be a bug. I can't imagine that they would do something like that and NOT put it in the patch notes. I know I would have noticed it. I even read the stuff they fixed for the mac users...

I did file a petition but lord knows that can take forever. How do I contact a GM?

I haven't seen this happen with private contracts. Don't really create public ones though, so it might be used there?

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

I rebooted, and tried again, and the private contract went through at 10K like all the other contracts did. I wish I had copied out my previous two attempts if that is possible.

First attempt wanted 10M (and I didn't have sufficient funds) so I transferred in enough to cover. Next attempt wanted over 16M to complete contract. That's when I quit the attempts. Lets hope it was just a temporary bug. I can't imagine that a reboot would have fixed it..???
