I have used Dotlan nav jump planner for a long time now. Today I was looking to try and find a better route of a 3 jump route. I put the right numbers in and beginning and ending system in and now it shows I only need to do 2 jumps.

I then used Jump Planner and got the same thing. I have not tested this out yet because its a hassle moving low skill cyno alts thru null. I dobt that both sites are wrong so I ask this, what has changed. I have not had any skill change.

Not that I'm aware of. Maybe you were looking at a different ship before?

could be the JDC5. Try it with JDC4 and see if the jump points line up...

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Nothing has changed in game mechanics, so either your character changed or your situation changed. If, for example, you moved one system over, it can drastically change your jump range. Also make sure that you've checkd Station Systems Only, that can radically affect your route.
