Smartbombs are bugged

If you have 7-8 sb's and you cycle them. Sometimes you get +10 sec log notification (&damage) intervals. How is this possible while cycle time of smartbombs are only 8 seconds?

If relativity equals time plus momentum, what equals relativity, if the momentum is minus to the time?

no copy pasted out my logs below. I have been at all time in range, check the gap between the second and rest of damage notifications, there is 10 sec in between while smartbomb cycle time is 8 seconds. In that time i see them cycling but applying no damage at all. Its bugged

Hemmo, I'd suspect simply that damage details aren't delivered to your client as frequently as the actual damage is calculated server-side. Similarly see locking/tackling things and them warping off when you had a module pre-cycling. That or maybe your skills aren't applying for energy pulse weapons to reduce the cycle time.
