You were not kited. At all. Blasters can't kite unless you are using a shield-gank fit (and even then). Plus, that frigate is geared to be an armor tanker.
No... what happened was; you took on a frigate that is well known to have a godly active tank and used weapons that are well known to have sub-par DPS and terrible tracking at very close range.

I highly recommend that you drop the ASB, drop the webbifier, use 125mm rails, and keep everything at range (i.e. start running away from people and make them chase YOU)...
OR
Toss the railguns entirely, tank up your ship just a bit more, and fit a scram rather than a web.


edit: looked through some other losses of yours OP... holy crap. I'm all for novelty and creativity, but you're pushing it. Ask around for some more solid fits and/or how certain mechanics work.


I think that is the wrong killmail.

Looks like he lost one to a condor the previous month.

The fit was not terrible if a little overtanked and he was carrying mostly the right damage types. As already stated faction long range ammo or spike and perhaps tracking mods.
