Basically, I'm not able to find it. It's not even listed in the market search tab. I thought they made them seeded via NPC sell orders but nope, they're still player made. It is also shown in tools like Isk Per Hour and the name should be (guess what) "customs office gantry blueprint" so..... where is it hiding? Me noob can't find it
