Hi,

I've read several guides on booster manufacturing so I understand the gist of it. But I don't know where to put the POS. Lowsec, WH? I don't know much about WH gasses and if it would be smarter to harvest/build from inside a WH.. Or how much I would need to import into the WH to actually make the high end boosters.. anyways, any help and insight would be appreciated.

TLDR: lowsec, a .3 as close to a highsec trade hub (jita) as you can. WH gasses supply nothing that you would need in order to make boosters anyway, and just make refueling a pain.
