[WTB] Tengu/Loki Pilot - 12 Billion Budget

Want to buy a high skilled Tengu or Loki pilot that can fit most T2 modules/Rigs and have high Missile/Projectile skills depending on if it's a Tengu or Loki pilot. No wasted skillpoints please.

Pilot needs to have between 20-40 mill SP to qualify.

EDIT: Preffer Loki pilot.
