Highsec PVP and OOC Reppers

Just a question on the current state of Out of Combat reppers. If I engage a war target (wardec) in highsec and he has a logi ship repping him who isn't in his fleet or corp, can I shoot his logi? Does his logi get aggression? Will I get concorded if I shoot his logi?

That second question .. does he get aggression .. isn't it the suspect flag thing with inherited aggression timer?

And if it is inherited, can he rep 3rd non-aggressed target to clear it immediately or were CCP clever enough to foresee that?

If you believe CCP Greyscale we will soon enter a golden age of invulnurable hi sec repping alts because after the crimewatch changes aggro will no longer transfer due to assisting a "suspect".

That I really don't know. I really dislike station games and live in low-sec myself.

Go to lowsec. Highsec is for buying stuff and mining or something like that.

Well, people sometimes have to do something about others who seek to disrupt buying stuff, mining and whatnot via wardec. I think it's commendable that it's what they do instead of docking up and going into lockdown.

No. Repping a suspect was always supposed to make you a suspect as well. The problem was that they had talked about making it so that repping a person who aggessed a suspect didn't give aggression...meaning that you could engage a suspect with invulnerable logi behind you. The devs backed off that one when pretty much the whole forum came down on their heads over it.
