Form the little bit I can find on the interwebs, you can transfer tcu's and possibly ihubs between corps within an alliance. Where are the options to change ownership? Is it done with a contract or just some sort of assignment option where you choose the corp from a list? screen shots would be helpful. There is very little on the actual sov mechanic and interface on the web. Almost everything is a generic description of what a tcu or Ihub is and not a how to.

here's another senario. we take sov in a system. there are 2 ihubs anchored and we contact the owners. The owner of 1 of the ihubs wants to sell it to us. The only way I see it being transferred would be to have them take sov in the system, use a dummy corp in their alliance to transfer the sov and ihub to. then that dummy corp joins the alliance we're in, reinstates sov and under our alliance and then transfers the ihub and tcu to us.
