If I have a 10-run BPC, do I have to make all 10 items at one shot, or can I make 2 on one run, come back later and make a few more, etc until the runs are up?

You can do it run by run if you want to.

All the remaining runs does it limit the runs you can make in total. You can put it in for 3, and it'll pop out at the end with 7 remaining.

10 runs, regardless if you do 1,3,5 or 10 at once.
