In the new Unified Inventory window one can click in an empty area (specifically in the empty area below listed items), and drag a box over the items to select many or all of them. This functionality does not exist in the Customs Office window. Click followed by Shift-Click still works to select multiple items, and Click followed by Ctrl-Click to multi-select individual items. But for pure mouse usage, there isn't a way to select more than one item in the Customs Office.
