Internet turns sloppy after connecting to EVE

After some testing I noticed that when I log in to EVE and actually enter the game, my internet connection starts freaking out. External IM/voip software starts disconnecting and my browser return with DNS errors.

This started today after DT.

What gives?

--I ran pingplotter for a run and used the ip/settings on the technical support page.
