It is loose translation of this post from Russian Feautures and Ideas Discussion forum.

From time to time, after adding some 'portion' of people to voluminous address book, it is necessary to look through the complete list of contacts to find those players who is not labeled yet.

The suggestion is: add new filter into "Labels" section. This filter must give ability to display only unlabeled users from the address book.
