Stuff to build faction blueprints from COSMOS missions

Hey all,

Where do you get the items to be able to make faction items from blueprints given as COSMOS rewards?

There's some really odd stuff there, some which can only be found on contracts. Is there a specific place, or rat that drops these items?

e.g. Guristas Weapons Console? Computer Chips?

There's a lot of other wierder stuff that looks like datachips and stuff (can't remember name).

Any pointers please?

If I remember right you will find them in the plexes in the area of the COSMOS agents

For instance in the Bonfire in Munory

Check the Market and Contracts. It's the only way you be able to reliably find the components. Farming them is way more effort than it's worth.

This. Most of the "storyline" mods made from the COSMOS BPC's are well worse than meta and/or T2 mods.

Ahhhh, yes, in many areas if you set your destination to otith or friggi there is many sites. in surrounding systems too, disputed mining post I believe you'll come into an area that has 4 rooms gate to the scordite room....eh labels like that but come in NOTHING LESS then a VERY WELL TANKED battlecruiser upon warp in you will most likely get warp scrambling from drifters and pounded on by Moa cruisers then once pass that you get to the gate on the otherside frigates will again warp scramble you and you will have battlecruisers and Battleships to deal with, don't forget the code breaker otherwise you cannot access the spawn containers, I'd give you more info nut I got to go right now.Big smile

If you want to build from cosmos BPCs you need the respective racial cosmos skills as well, and they are rather expensive. Definitely not worth the effort.

To pick one COSMOS bp at random, for example, the Flintlock rail gun. I've gotten Electronic links from Gurista rats. I've found Tuning instructions and Alignment charts at radar and mag sites.

The Talocan Technology skill book runs about 100,000,000 isk. For most folks it is not worth getting.

Ok thanks guys for the info!

I guess it's not worth the effort then, apart from the cosmos missions themselves.
