Orca Maintenance Bay

hey Guys ,

Quick questions about the orca.
If i understood correctly the Orca have a 400km3 maintenance bay for ships.
Does this ship can have fully loaded ore cargo ? for exemple 2 retrievers loaded with 26km3.

It would extend the actually ore carrying capacity in a nice way.
