Don't have a clue, or do I need a cap ship Assy array?

Orca, Freighters, and Jumpfreighters can be built at any NPC station or outpost with manufacturing lines, or in a Large Ship Assembly Array [LSAA]. They can be anchored in hisec (0.5 to 0.7 sec), and are great for storage, though the Advanced version is larger but is useless for building because it has a material penalty.

Capital Ship Assembly Arrays [CSAA] are only used for supercapitals, and require sov to anchor.

X-Large Ship Assembly Arrays [XLSAA] are for carriers, dreadnoughts, or Rorqual, and require 0.4 sec or lower.

You only need 0.4 for X-Large arrays unless they've changed something recently

You might wanna tell that to the XLSAA I had anchored in 0.4...

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

And you can build carriers, dreadnaughts and rorquals in lowsec and 0.0 npc stations (but not super carriers or titans, which must be built at Capital Ship Assemby Arrays).
