Centralized killboard API database

Ive been thinking, would it be awesome to have a basic site that pulls all killboard mails from a centralized databse a cloud of donated databases? prob have backups of 2 killmails randomly in 2 seperate db.

Thus making it very easy to develop new FREE competitive killboards.

Thoughts and opinions, just think of the experience from doing this!!
