The more I read into these forums and notice how many people are having the same issue's I have been having, the more I regret sending out buddy referrals. There is nothing quite like sending your friends to a place where we can all be ignored and neglected together.
Seeing how many people end up waiting weeks to get any responses (if they ever do) and end up spending weeks just trying to play the game with no help from Tech Support is really bringing me down.

Maybe I should re-title my post to something totally unnecessary like "Jukes Box doesn't sound awesome" or "the graphics could be a little sharper" because those seem to be the only ones that ever get a support response. Sad

So what did you do to solve your issue, what did you test, did you provide the support with any information / bug reports ?
Or are you just mad, that it takes time to solve your particular problem ? Try the support of other games/platforms *cough* Steam *cough*, it works so much faster and betterer Roll
