100 run T2 mining crystals??

I've seen these for sale but the best I can make is 10 run versions. How do folks make the 100 run T2 BPCs for mining crystals.

There are T2 BPO for the crystals (and some other things).

Before you say it, no they're not unfair or unbalanced. Sure the way of obtaining them WAS ... but meh.

T2 BPOs? That's unfair and imbalanced! I can't obtain them therefore CCP should remove them from the game!!1~!
