Where to optimize my training?

Hello everyone, I have come to a lull in my training, as I can't come to a decision on which ship to train for next. First of all, this is a purely high security space care bear alt that I use to mission with when I don't want to log into null based characters. I am looking to optimize the character for flying a tengu and the CNR. I know that the missile skills need improved as well as getting the propulsion subsystem skill to V, but I was looking for suggestions on skills that I may have missed that will make the ships I fly more efficient at what they do. I've gotten a few suggestions from the NPC corpmates and I would like to expand on their pointers here. Thanks in advance for the help.

Having a quick look through the ones i've seen are
Drone Interfacing 5
Hull Upgrades 5
Signature Focusing <- for target painters
Navigation skills
Maximillian Dragonard
Caldari Provisions
Caldari State

Weapons Upgrades V
Adv Weapons Upgrades IV (at least)
Hull Upgrades V
Warp Drive Operation V (really bites to have multiple warps just to move from gate to gate in some systems)
Evasive Maneuvering V
Shield Rigging IV (at least)
Target Painting IV
Signature Focusing IV
Drone Interfacing V
Electronic Warfare Drone Interfacing IV (increases drone range by 5k per level)

Those are the ones I see up front

Wut?!

You have kind of an odd remap going. Look for skills that work with that, and get them done asap. Then I'm thinking you could do Intel/Memory stuff for quite awhile.

Add:
Drone Nav V
Drone Sharpshooting V

If you're training for +5's, just load the 2 that your new remap needs. Save your isk on the other 3 slots. (maybe do 3's or 4's in those)

edit #2 here.
You have a good start on a nice skillsheet. It might be time to A: Focus for awhile, and B: Commit to a string of level V skillings.
