hi

What dp people do , if you wanted to specialise in Boosting ?
As you can only use one slot 10 implant at a time .....

It seems a waste of time training for more than one speciality ?
If only CCP could make it so you could 'rotate' those implants with out destroying them ,
a booster characters could have much more utility and fun.

Any suggestions , thanks.

I thought of Jump Clones but Iam looking to head to 0.0 or 'worse' WHs and I think you can only have per clone station .

There are 5 implants, so that's 4 jumpclones. Plus, some of the mindlinks are cheap enough to trash (not the mining one).

Typically you'll have either armor or shield.

I don't know about how it is now, but at least a few years ago I had 2 clones in one station so it should be possible I believe. Not sure about the clone vat bay and such though.

As far as having more than one jump clone in a station, no, you can't. What you CAN do however is go to your home station, create a JC, then immediately jump in to that clone, leaving your previous clone in it's place. That's what I do to keep my +5's from getting popped when I PvP. Dock, JC into empty clone, do my thing, next day, jump back into the +5 clone to reduce training time. You can have a JC AND a regular clone in the same station, but they aren't the same things.

Yes I see what you mean, if you cant use multiple JCs, use a skirmish implant. That way, no matter if you're in armor or shield gang, you'll always have useful boost increase.

Otherwise, normally multiple JCs are used.

Also training leadership spec have nothing with boost implant, as boost is significant even if its not enhanced with an implant.

That's not possible without some sort of bug

edit; 2 JCs, you can have a JC and your med clone in the same station

The body you are in is 1, the JC stored at the station is 2, the vat clone is something else.

I think the point being made is that you can't store 2 JC in the same station, whereas in your case only 1 was stored.

As per a couple of comments people just suck it up and install jump clones in multiple 0.0 stations usually. In my case i have the relevant T2 and T3 booster ships stored in that station plus a rorqual in the fifth station. Depending on how quiet your space is you'll possibly want your +5/mining clone as your "standard" to jump out of or just pick your most frequently used boost type. Its better nowadays than a couple of years ago as there are enough people with dedicated boosters that you usually don't need to even jump clone too much.
