As a miner, I thought mining missions might be fun for a change of pace...

I remember moving to a system that had L4 combat agent and a nearby L3 mining agent. I did the mining missions until I got standings. I had an Orca alt, so I placed her at a safe spot boosting. The missions were in the agent's system and with the orca boost, almost all warp ins were in strip range. Those went quite fast.

Yup.

There are some exceptions, like a few L4 missions where you can warp directly to the ore sitting in the middle of a drone hive busily spewing out drones. But those missions have you warping in on top of the asteroid anyway.
