Shield recharge rate bonus

Hello, I have a Drake and I want to make it to be a passive shield tanking and I have some question about my recharge rate.

Shield Operation LVL 5 => -25% Shield recharge rate
Medium Core Defense Field Purger I => -20% Shield recharge rate
Supplemental Screen Generator I => -11% Shield recharge rate
M51 Iterative Shield Regenerator => -12% Shield recharge rate
Mark I Generator Refitting : Diagnostic 8.1% X 3 => -24.3% Shield recharge rate

Total => -92.3%

In conclusion my basic Drake Shield Recharge Rate is 1400s and with that -92.3% is 107.8 seconds and in my fitting system it says that is 510 seconds.

The question is: Why?

The percentage reductions are multiplicative, not additative, also this is the wrong forum.

0.75 * 0.8 * 0.89 * 0.88 * 0.92 * 0.92 * 0.92 ~= 0.37

1400 * 0.37 ~= 510

I have one more question, i saw that the shield isn't recharge in the same way, there's is a graphic for this?
