The Winner of the first EVE Portraits Mini-Contest is...........

Shakalan Rho 100 million isk

Runner-Up:

Duke Minoka 50 million isk

I didn't plan on having a runner-up, but there were at least 5 portraits which I really liked, and it made for a tough decision. I want to see creativity in a winning portrait, something a little different from all the rest. Duke Minoka's portrait did that. I also want to see a portrait which comes together as a whole, the colours, the background, the lighting. Shakalan's was all of that, and for me it tipped the scales slightly in his favour over Duke's portrait.

Which one is your favourite portrait? I'm curious to know.

Thanks for playing everyone, it was fun once again.

Congratulations to both winners.

As for favourite from this contest...
I'd say Sylvia Snow stands out, love the use of light AND background.

I don't know why, but I think miiral's is pretty nice. normally like a little more zoom in, but it still looks muy goody to me.

Been on the road awhile and therefore not around to see this when it happened. Made for a nice surprise / welcome home Big smile .
