o/
Was in the uberblob fight in GIH last night and had a nasty problem with RAM usage.
Eve decided it needed 3.8GB of my 8GB total. Normally runs using half that.
My i7 was running @ 40% load instead of the usual 16 ^^.

Rebooted and all was ok again. Anyone else have this glitch?

Happened again last night in a large engagement.
Can someone post their memory and cpu usage here pls so I have something to compare with.
Is it normal to have greatly increased memory/cpu usage in systems that have massive fights going on? (Even if you're not on grid)
thnx

I have sluggish performance since 1.2. There are a few threads mentioning it, I think the problem is all related

3.8GB is way too high (even with high settings).

Only if you are (or were) on grid with the massive fight - and even then it should not reach 3.8GB. After leaving the grid it should drop a bit, but the memory usage will stay at a higher level than normal, as a lot of assets are being cached.

It would be very helpful, if you could send an in-game bug report of such an occasion (but be aware that sending the bug report might freeze your client for a few seconds - make sure that your ship is safe).
