I draw a distinction between leveling with people and admitting when you're wrong. You can be wrong in all kinds of different ways, big or small. Leveling with people when things aren't going your alliance's way...that could be due to a mistake on your part or not. Maybe you just got invaded by a more powerful enemy, or your fleet command dropped the ball, or whatever. You can avoid some problems by not making mistakes, but in EVE, sometimes bad things just come your way. Smile

Leveling is more about respecting the intelligence of your people and telling them the truth; admitting mistakes is about putting your ego aside. Both are important in a leader. Smile
