prevent transfer of ownership of POCOs during time of war

I recently war deced a corp so we could take down their POCOs in low sec without standings loss. Before the war even started they had transferred ownership to another corp. This is really open to exploit especially if you are thinking about hi sec POCOs

How about, if they transfer ownership the war goes with the POCO in the same way as if a corp leaves an alliance.
