Insane number of Socket Disconnects lately?

Is it just me or after inferno 1.1 i've noticed a huge increase in socket disconnects....but it won't effect all my clients...just one or two...but never all of them at the same time.

I read somewhere where someone thought CCP might have changed a tolerance level which causes the disconnects...so by lowering the tolerance, it generates more exceptions.

Either way this is very annoying and has come at some really craptacular times.

Anyone else notice this?
