It's all really a question of where he got that "250" number from and how.

Worst-case, he got it by dividing max (raw) HP with regen time, meaning it's actually 600+ peak regen and probably resists somewhere in the upper 70:s for a total of 2500:ish EHP/s, but will mean an already appalling cap recharge and active hardeners on top, which means it's time to break out the neut ships people were suggesting above.

If he got it from EFT's tanking stat, then yes, it's 250 EHP/s at peak and most likely against omnidamage, so it would be possible to snap it in half even faster… Twisted

This... and dmg mods, lots... throw in some hybrid-specific dmg implants if you want to get fancy.

No idea how much DPS would be possible with tech 1 but I'm betting over 1k dps, easy (meta 4 guns?).

Pyfa tells me 1300ish with all M4 (and all-V, but at that point, you'd go for T2 equipment anyway so it'll be lower than that).

Paying 60 mil + fittings for a Talos just to prove a point seems pretty extreme to me. You sure he isn't just trying to offload a Talos on you? :D
