people dont counter target painters , but i have never heard someone go "We are gonna have to kill that Bellicose fast if we want to win this fight". The reason your tank is so soft is because ecm is literally so good that it makes sense to have more of it at the coast of tank. The reason your primaired first is because ecm is so effective that it has to be delt with straight away.
