Can you fit a Miner II module to a T1 ship like a Sigil?

You can fit anything to anything so long as
A) You have the skills to use it
B) The hardpoints or slots are available
C) Your ship has the Powergrid/CPU to handle it


This includes Miner II's
Metal Icarus
Star Frontiers
Brotherhood of Spacers

There's always going to be exceptions to the rule, those particular modules state those exceptions clearly.

This seemed more a case of 'can T2 fit on T1', hence the generalized response.
