Pressing enter declines convo

Whenever I am chatting with people in corp, alliance or other channels it happens that people convo me...

If this happens at the exact moment I press enter to send my chat message the convo window dissapears and the convo will be rejected :-(
It's a little sad because If I don't see who convo me I can find no history about who tried to convo me and then have to wait for them to convo back instead of being able to start a conversation with them in return.

so 1 small issue and another issue following the first...
