I thought the whole point of caps was that it takes a group of people to utilize and tend for them, in order to get the best results.
not for people to get rich and buy for ratting.

I wanted to paint my space ship red, but I couldn't find enough goats.

Losing CAPS isn't the problem, it's when you lose CONTROL.

It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine.
