UI: Separate and Denote Hitpoint Warning Alarms

Firstly, I think it'd be handy to store hitpoint warning alarm settings on a per-hulltype basis. It'd be nice to be able to disable shield alarms only on the ships I always armor tank, for instance. Which leads to the second request.

Mark the setting of the current alarms on the UI. For instance, set the slivers on the HP bar where the alarms will sound to a different color; blue or green, for instance. These could either persist after HP drops below that level or turn red along with the rest of the bar.
After seeing how the HUD UI works with all the rotating 2D textures, it could be a bit tricky, but I don't know. Smile

Blanking signatures doesn't seem to work, so this is here.

Giving this one bump since this forum was swarming with the exhumer rebalance madness when posted.

personally, I don't care whether the alarms are for each hull type but I do agree that having them displayed on the UI would be good. Potentially if they were movable on the UI you could set them up for each ship you get in easily which might be easier to do than save them for each ship.
