Who Uses Combat Boosters and who doesnt guys?

I been producing for 6months and have found the market to be huge!!! But the guys in the indy scene are refuting this as hard as they possibly can....maybe something to do with me releasing my spreadsheets and a how too smuggle guide that is eating into their margins?

I had no issue selling them whatsoever in volume i just want to hear from EXPERIENCED pvpers what they're thoughts are on their current use within eve.

Seriously i want to know how PvPers (good ones preferably) feel about Combat Boosters in eve.

Care to weigh in or do you just do your pvp on the forums nowadays?

Well; If I flew ships worth putting boosters in I might consider them. I don't feel they are worth my time for frig pew. For larger ships it makes sense to use them, especially when solo since you really need all the help you can get.... and regarding that...

Alts and boosters are not SOLO, boosters and implants are. Pure solo is one of the toughest things to do in the game so do what you have to do to get an edge.

EDIT: Also nice comeback, I do like my forum pew but there are not many people that give it back well. To you I say GF GF Bear

if you have crystals you will be buying blue pills. Tanking pills are usefull, but in general:

Blue pill: extremely popular due to crystals

Exile: good if your active armor, but not many ships rely heavily on active armor tanking soooo....

Mindflood: generally useless

X-Instinct: good but rarely do you go out PLANNING to sig tank

Drop: Useless for max skilled in gunnery

Frentix: Again, setups and skills dominate over the needed push

Sooth Sayer: same as drop and frent

Crash: unsure, never use it

thus, blue, exile and maybe x and MABYE a slot two booster are worth carrying around (imo)

So Karl what your saying is that some boosters ARE useful in some situations yeah?Why do you think so much resistance against them on my other post?Compeitiors worried about the market or is just a truly nieche product that not enough of the eve population is educated about?

Blue Pill and Exile are boss. I've not used anything else enough to form an opinion. I wish they were cheaper.

Blue pills are used even without crystals. Mindflood is good on every logi and fleet recon ship. X-instinct is not used very much. Drop is quite good and I always carry it in gunnery ships. Frentix is amazing on laser ships, particularly large guns. Sooth sayer is not used much. Crash people carry in tengus and such for "oh **** I have to kill this tackle right now".

Sooth is a terrible, terrible drug that is almost useless (maybe on a 800mm macha ?).

I guess it is worth carrying in your macha for when you run into range scripted TDs? Its at best, extremely situational. For comparison, if you have a shield booster, you should have a blue pill.

Out of question do you guys have a regular source/make yourselves or purchase from the open market?

When i was selling i was getting on average 5mil per pill the ROI on the actual manafacuring costs pretty ******* huge.What would be a decent pricing point for those who regularly divulge.


Also can we please get more people who love to pew thoughts on dropping some delicious drugs?

tbh i have no iea, I haven't bought drugs in so long. If i were to buy now i would say it would either be a bulk purchase at a discounted price if i had to pick up or at market price if it was delivered.
