Dear OP,

I believe you are missing the concept of incremental in incremental changes.

Also, your "up" seems to have been left open. Please shut it.

I guess most people don't read patch notes. When did they say that the mining frig and all tech 1 frigs would be completed and released in this 1.2 patch? The patch notes came out a couple weeks ago and said only barges rookie ships and four frigs would be addressed in this patch.
