Teach me how to do a 10/10 plex with alts

I've heard players do 10/10 plexes like The Maze with 2-3 ships. What ships/fittings do they use and can it be done without logistics?

Pith B lrg boosting, interdiction nullified tengu with a cov ops cloak.

PDU's in the lows, specific tank in the mids with invulns to just plug the em hole a bit.

Fit a random aggro thing in the high, standard missile luancher for instance.

Aggro entire room, warp in as many talos as required.

I have done several 6-10/10's in a tengu with talos for dps. 2 if required.

with scimi or priest domi (3 large remote shield reps are enough, need to have a bit of tank and be cap stable with remote reps), and ofcourse dps.
