Anyway - I often don't look at a posts author unless I think it's an exceptionally good or bad post, in general, those that caught my attention as making good posts on a regular basis are Tippia and Malcanis, the bad ones are on my block list, but I wont mention any names.

You really have no idea. It's not just bad over there. It's truly toxic. The message boards are a train wreck, at least for diablo 3.

They either ignore the forums completely for days(weeks), or go ban happy and ban anybody who says anything even constructively critical of their "game". If you think it's bad here... yeah. You really don't know.

You're so very right. It's not that your comrades are prolific shitposters. It's the people reporting the shitposting and the moderators who ban them because of it that are to blame.
