Issues, Workarounds & Localization

This is something I've noticed in the last month or two now.

When the Eve client window is minimized (say I'm reading Cracked.com while APing six or seven jumps) and my ship is waiting for docking permission, it does not recieve it until I bring the window back up. Once I do that, docking permission is granted immediately. However, one night I tabbed out and did not return for almost forty minutes, coming back from grinding secstat and docking in the same system. My ship lingered outside the station for that long until I maxed the window again, at which point it immediately docked.

Been playing for a long time and I've never had this issue before. Anyone else?
