Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hello,

As I write this I have two accounts running both getting 60 FPS. About five minutes ago I had three accounts running, all getting about the same. Now, when I closed my third account the last two accounts experienced a SEVERE FPS slowdown. All I had to do to solve this was go to my desktop (Windows+D) and then alt tab back into the clients, problem gone. Now, this issue usually occurs when I have three or more accounts open and does not go away so easily. It is not usually caused by closing an account, but from opening a third or fourth.

My computer is fairly powerful;

i-7 2600k
16GB RAM
GeForce GTX 570
Windows 7 Home 64-bit
2x 120GB Force 3 (Raid 0)

Now... I had never had this problem until I got my second SSD and starting running Raid 0. Not sure how this would cause it or if it would at all, but it is when I first noticed the problem.
