I cannot apply the Test Server patch - Can any one help?

I have created a second CCP file on my desktop, downloaded the patch to change that file to the singularity (test server patch) it comes up with this response every time.

"The chosen path is invalid, please choose another location EVE-Online cannot be installed to a non-empty location."

I have also tried patching it to the main client to see whether it would do that. Can anyone help at all?

I am not really sure, what you are trying to do. Which patch are you trying to use? Normally it is not necessary to run any downloaded patch, but the launcher will patch everything for you. If you are using a patch, then it has to go to the location of the client (and not to the shortcut, which might be on your desktop).

Please post here if you need further help, but please give us more details on what you are trying to do.
