Currently im -3.2 with minmatar and im looking to mission for them in the future. My question is how long would it take for me to get them to -2.0 with level 1 storylines? Or if anyone has advice on decent cosmos missions i can do for rep as well and how to find the cosmos agents. I tried looking around but couldn't find any.

That and a few simple searches on google should get you started pretty quick.

Things that keep me up at night;  Why do we use a voice communication device to send telegraphs? Moore's Law should state, Once you have paid off the last PC upgrade you will need another.

Find a buddy you can do minmitar lvl 4s with when you start missioning. This way it will improve by itself and it's far less of a hassle.

Reopen the EVE gate so we can invade Serenity. Goons can go first.
