Non-Orca/Rorq Mining Boosting

I was messing with EFT for various mining op fits. I was trying to come up with a poor man's mining booster. EFT allows Cyclones to be fit with the mining boost gang links, using its ship bonus to fitting CPU. However, the ship descriptions say Warfare links specifically. Can mining links be fit to Cyclones or similar non-Orca/Rorq ships? Is there some other poor man mining boost setup someone can share? I'm looking for short training times. Shorter is better.

they can they just do not receive the % bonus from the ships given attributes if it has any like a command ship
so you would still get the mod bonus but nothing else really

works well with BC gas harvesting gang

If you really want the bonuses to mean anything significant, you are looking at Command ships, or Indy caps (orca, rorq), which give a per level bonus. That I am aware of they are the only ones that give bonuses to the gang links.
