Risk being added back into the game and encouragement of low sec pvp is a great thing. Pay no mind to the carebear pirates who are worried about losing their pixels due to this change and who are flooding the forums with a river of tears.

Next we need to put some risk into miner ganking. Currently, you can travel through high sec inside an orca and gank miners with essentially zero risk if you know what you are doing. I'm not opposed to suicide ganking miners, just that they aren't risking very much at all in their efforts to annoy.

Apart from the loss of our ship, sec status, any insurance payout, 15 min of being hunted by concord, the victim having kill rights and the possibility of failing to kill the target.

Also the sentry changes would be a buff to gate campers. So in short everything you just flailed onto you keyboard is wrong.

You know the sentry change as it was worded in the CSM minutes is a huge buff to gate camping, as it allows frigate class ships as initial tacklers on gates, right?

Yea, I understand that completely. Its going to make gate camping actually take a bit of coordination and good timing. Oh-no better cry on the forums now, the game got a little harder.

It's more like 99% of campers know and use pounce camps.

It's SOP, not going to 'weed out' stupid campers. Everyone already knows how to do this and uses this to avoid guns when there's no logi in fleet

Of course, its part of why pvp in eve is considered to be a skilless joke amongst pvp gamers. That is where 90% of EVE pvp occurs. You sit there idly and wait for victims, requiring 0 skill, timing, and very little thought. About time this game got less easymode for aggressors who beat their chest over what, in all seriousness, a monkey could perform.
