Hey guys. After playing EVE for just over 6 years I am thinking about calling it a day.

I am trying to find a new game to play in my spare time, either single player or another MMO. I have looked at X3 Terran Conflict and Anno 2070. Any of you guys and gals play these games? If so are they worth getting into?

Any other game recommendation is welcome :D

Actually its a pretty fun game
only playable when drunk etc. But it is quite fun actually lol. Beats the rest of the online games out there

Very short term playing, like hop on for 5 mins kill **** hop off. or play for an hour if you're really drunk.

also trem doesn't have any instructions on how to do things just push buttons til you figure it out. :P

No they don't, but thats why I just play EVE very randomly. For fun only, because its very easy to get burnt out it seems. But all other games really really tend to suck. I actually hadn't played any games (for any length of time after trying it for a week or 3) before I played EVE and after WoW ( I know but I quit in like, 04? 05 maybe) I just couldn't find any games that were semi decent,
League of Legends maybe is like, ****** but I hear its super huge (playerwise)

Rift is good but has nowhere near the life of Eve, even if you can force yourself to level up ALT - because of the linear nature of zone progression in Rift, I had one Warrior and that was it.

I have a Rift sub that runs until November, but I've logged on twice in the last month or two because after getting to Level 50 (the top at the time) it became endlessly repetitive just getting XP for PA Levels.

So, Rift is good for a few months (or less) if you play fairly religiously but in the end nothing will last like Eve.

As for the one who mentioned WoT; is it still a buggy piece of ****?

Otherwise i have been replaying Crysis 2 the campain and gets killed alot on the multiplayer servers. Fun though when you land on a server where they play fair with out hacks.. Some of my friends speaks highly of Endless Space
