Stacking gang links

I was looking at command ships and I am not too far off from being able to fly the Eos. Now I know information warfare ganglinks are not as desirable as a lot of the other ones, for pve at least. The one information gang link I know would be useful for pve is the Sensor Integrity link. So would it be possible to stack Sensor Integrity three times and there be no penalty? Reading the gang links it does not mention if there would be a negative effect if you did this.

Simple question, I just feel like I am missing something.

There is no stacking penalty and no negative effects of stacking them, except you can't get the bonus from more than one ganglink of the same type at any given time. That means if you have 3 sensor integrity links, two of them are useless.
