I seem to recall in the distant past getting some faction mods from drone sigs (serpentis web I think it was). Do they still drop these or are drone sites now a complete waste of time?

From what I've heard, they still drop pirate faction loot, but the chance is (apparently) so much less that you're better off just running the pirate sites instead.
