Mining Barge Invention success rates

I would test this my self but I currently lack the skills to do so, but have the invention success rates been changed for the barges, if not that could cause a problem in the value of exhumers. IIRC the old success rates were
Procurer 30%
Retriever 25%
Covetor 20%

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.
