ok, maybe i can ask some questions here? am a bit short of the 10 million sp you desire. i wouldn't say i am a master of it, but i am pretty good at generating isk in high sec. i want to learn about the rest of the game outside of high sec, though. my previous corp was nice enough but seldom did the vets have time to leave their wormhole, so aside from a once every month or so roam and more frequent fill-our-coffers mining op there wasn't much to flow down to the wants-to-learn-more pilot.

can i either - learn how to make isk in low/null or bounce back to high with some frequency to keep up the isk flow - or will i even need to?

can i find corp fleet/gang ops where i can listen to an fc, have my fittings corrected, go through some prep so I know what to do and don't mess everyone up by my ignorance?

can answer questions here or in game.
