When I see the word auguror i go Sad no matter what is in front of it. But we could both be surpirsed. That or someone might decide to keep a secret. But I'll probably be ok accepting the sadface reaction to that word anyway.

Or you could, yknow, just play with EFT. Since you haven't given us any of the fitting parameters for what you might want this ship to do. And this is essentially a thread for you to mooch off of us and using what might be a brain in your head to make your own fittings.

Jeez. I'm a bit tired of all these lazy sonsabitches taking up S&M space.

Ah, Battleclinic. Home of the worst fits and round table for the most terrible EFT warriors. I have missed thee.

No sig.

I actually wouldn't mind some suggestions and discussion on this ship myself. I tooled around a bit with mine, and can put an absolutely insane tank on it, but have not been able to figure out any type of a fitting that I would consider actually effective.

Most of the pple I've talked to in game all seem to be of the same opinion.... don't bother, its not worth it. Is this point of fact? Seems a shame if so.

lazy sonsabitches

Confirming i dont have a brain and need fitting advice from pilots with little to no pvp history to speak of

Are you are telling me there IS a fit for this ship other than being obvious bait?

As you have prior experience with the Augoror, did you ever move on to the Navy version?

Share with the class, we all want to know

According to EVE Kill, the Navy Augoror fit you mostly use is called 'Tristan'

There are no records of you ever using a Navy Augoror to kill anything

Of course, i'm willing to see you provide a killmail with you in a Navy Augoror

I'e used it as a FC ship for my FW alt, because it can fit a hell of a tank. But actually PVPing in it? Good luck.

Because he fits for pure EHP - the Navy Aug can reach levels of EHP beyond that of a legion.

He just slowboats back to the gate and jumps out. The ship is good as bait.

I just use one guy (this one) to post with, the Navy Augoror is flown by a few of my alts.

And yes of course it has something to do with EHP thats where the ship bonus is at, but mine arent bait. They actually fight :)

Think of it this way, if the native tank is so good. You have to use/spend less modules on the tank yourself leaving A LOT of free slots to do fun stuff with.

ps mentioning the tank of a Legion is kind of pointless since it doesnt have such a great tank to begin with lol

This ship is much like Maller and Prophecy - if you're going to PvP in it, you better fit it with autocannons.

Workarounds are not bugfixes.

This.

It's tempting when you see mad tanking bonuses to min/max to comedy levels of ehp. It does also mean that you can get a workable tank with just a couple of lows and a couple of trimarks.

You can tank a Navy Augoror with a lick of paint.

Edit. 500+dps / 30k+ Ehp is very do-able. And you'll still stay off the primary triage until well into the fight.
